Mr. DiSalvo leads the development of the firm’s overall strategy including sourcing, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions of investments. He leads origination and capital market efforts by identifying new investments and arranging debt or equity financing through long-term relationships with investors, lenders and property owners. He brings 13 years of investment experience having acquired over 57 assets valued at more than $1.7 billion. Mr. DiSalvo has completed direct equity and debt transactions as well as complex fund portfolios or joint venture recapitalizations. Prior to founding C6, Mr. DiSalvo led US originations at Partners Group. Prior to Partners Group, Mr. DiSalvo held positions at CBRE and TREC Investment Realty. Mr. DiSalvo is active in local communities as the Founder of The Jack DiSalvo Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. He earned a B.S. in Real Estate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Mr. Kotzas leads new investment and business plan execution including due diligence, negotiation, structuring and asset management. He provides expert financial analysis and project management tailored to guide the firm’s overall investment strategy. Mr. Kotzas has over 10 years of experience including the execution of more than $1 billion of real estate transactions across all major asset classes with an emphasis on multifamily and retail properties. His in-depth experience includes individual asset acquisition as well as closed-end fund, asset and joint venture recapitalizations. Prior to founding C6, Mr. Kotzas led US due diligence and execution for Partners Group. Prior to Partners Group, Mr. Kotzas was responsible for acquisitions and asset management for Assurant. Mr. Kotzas holds a BA in Economics from New York University.
Mr. Facatselis is responsible for day-to-day operations at properties managed by C6 including tenant relations, rent collection, administration, building maintenance. He coordinates leasing of available space in the portfolio, manages rollover and increases tenant retention through direct relationships. He project manages renovations and expedites governmental approval and compliance processes. Mr. Facatselis’ hands-on approach and direct relationships with tenants ensures a high level of customer service at C6 properties through a daily presence addressing all tenant inquiries and property matters. Mr. Facatselis holds a BA in Business Administration from Rider University.
Mr. Pitzer leads acquisitions and asset management efforts at C6. As a principal investor and institutional quality operator, he has over 15 years of experience in development and re-development of retail and residential real estate. Mr. Pitzer spent ten years at Madison Marquette, a national real estate investor, developer and operator with a 20 million square foot portfolio of retail, residential and entertainment-based real estate. Mr. Pitzer led project teams, acquired new assets, oversaw tenant build-outs and leasing, managed ground-up developments including entitlement and permitting efforts, asset managed over $100 million in redevelopment assets, helping to oversee a $485 million private equity real estate fund. He earned an MBA in Finance/Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Thomas supports the principals in sourcing, underwriting, project management and property management. He brings hands-on origination and construction experience, expanding the firm's execution capabilities. Prior to C6, Mr. Thomas oversaw property management and construction management while investing in residential property, alongside his family in northern New Jersey. Mr. Thomas served in the British Army for six years as a Corporal, making him responsible for twelve men, both in battle and day-to-day duties. During time served overseas, Mr. Thomas completed multiple tours of Afghanistan, Iraq, The Falkland Islands and Cyprus.
Mr. Yodice leads project and construction management activities at C6 properties. He is responsible for commercial tenant build-outs, management of residential unit turnover and general supervision of contractors. Mr. Yodice is a licensed general contractor and has 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction and property management in the state of New Jersey.
